Default Power Steering Pulley Issue

I went to put my new 8 rib pulley on my power steering pump and noticed that the hub was to small.

This is a pic of the new pulley and hub. The black hub hole is .664

This is the old pulley which the hole is .746

The saft itself is .750

So my question is.....can I just buy a new hub, if so anyone know where? Or can I drill out the hub? It is harden so not sure how easy that will be?

I am sure I can get a new pulley but I would hate to waste this one.

Thanks

I think your best bet would be to drill it out. Be sure to use either a drill press or a lathe. What kind of PS pulley is your old one? PM me if you're interested in selling it.

I have to bring it to a machine shop if I go that route. I will PM you, I have the matching water pump and balancer to go with it.

has anyone seen a PS pulley like that with a removable hub? It came off a 2002 Zo6
