Default FAST 90 vs. LS6 INTAKE

Is the fast 90 worth it. Im going with a heads/cam combo. Just wanted to know if I should save another 500 and just get a fast. Do they really make that much of a difference over a ls6 intake. If its just like 5-10 horses than I can deal with that. There are probably hundreds of this thread on here, so sorry in advance. Thanks

On a build with a decent sized cam and heads the Fast will probably give you 20-25rwhp and slightly more if it is ported.

unless you can find a good deal on a 90 or 92 the 102 is around 800 brand new tb 400 so its really about your budget and goals

imo i would look for a used 90 for 600 or less and then a used 90mm tb around 200 a ls6 is around 300 and a good ported tb 100 so the 90/90 would be twice the cost and like stated above on a decent H/C 20-30 rwhp could be possible

I had an ls6 and now have a 92mm. I like the 92 fast much better.
in the long run the 92 will be much better then the ls6.
I have heard some have issues with the 102. Also with the 102 you have to use the fast fuel rails to make it work.

+1 on the 90/90. now that the 92 and 102 are out, 90's can be had for cheap from people who are upgrading. and i still have lots of vacuum with it on my 346.
