Default Fuel Regulator

I am installing a LS376/480 and factory GM harness, for that engine, into an older car. I assume that the fuel system needs a fuel pressure regulator. The install instructions that came with the engine and harness does not mention fuel regulation?

Simples solution is to use an external walbro 255 pump and an 02 corvette filter/regulator. Do a search in the conversion section for info, parts, etc.
What kind of car is it going in?

You can do an A-1000 Aeromotive FPR. The LS3 rails do not appear to have a FPR but earlier some earlier LS2/1/6 have an FPR built in. Most pressures are set at 58# and injectors are rated as such.
