Have any of you guys gotten to the point to where the Heads are milled and Head Gasket is thin enough to mess with the Port Alignment between the Heads & Intake Manifold?

I have the L76 Intake, L92 Heads milled about .030, .040 Cometic Head Gaskets, on a LQ4 Block.

I have been running TEA 5.3 heads milled down to 59 CC chambers and use a .040 Cometic head gasket for about 100,000 miles now with no problems.
