Default valve cover bolt differences

I have LS1 valve covers that I am installing on top of L92 heads. Is there a particular bolt that I should use? GM has 2 different bolts listed. For L92: 12577215 and for LS1,2,6 they list 12560961.

What's the difference?

i did just this (well, used a set of 5.3L covers), but had no issues with reusing the stock bolts on the L92's. however i did have to cut out the baffles because they interfered with the offset rockers.

same here ^^^ i used my ls1 valve covers with no problem. the driver side bolted right up, but the passenger i had to cut the baffles off as well because of the offset rockers. so ls1 bolts are fine
