Default Polly engine mounts

I have a ls3 in a f-body, currently have the t-400 out for rebuild good time to go to Polly mounts or just as much work as with the trans in the car? I am unsure so just asking for advice, and will standard mounts work or do I need something special?
Thanks in advance

best time for poly's is usually when doing header swaps. since they are right there behind the headers.
