Ported L92 intake
Ported L92 intake I've got a 6.2 longblock going in the 01 truck in my signature. The basic plan is a worked set of L92 heads, big enough cam to make my goal of mid 11's. About a 4000 converter, appropriate gears, etc etc... I'm putting together the fuel system and throttle body for this thing and am wondering what would be my best options..
The intake opening will accept slightly larger than a 95mm but I'm going to stick with that number. The manifold is thoroughly ported and has spray bars plumbed into the runners which will be utilized when I need something extra.. I'll be driving the truck quite a bit and want to keep cruise and all....
What TB is everyone else running and why? I don't really get into the "I run it because it's xxx brand" mess... If it performs, it performs. Doesn't matter to me who builds it.
