Default How to break in 3200 yank TC

Hello. im sorry for posting on such a newbie's question, im 18 and new to cars !!. anyways i own a Camaro L99 and ive received my yank 3200 but without the instructions of the break in period. could u guys help me by telling what to do exactly in the break in period? coz i heard so many people say "lock in" and "lock out". Can some body explain it to me?

After the installation, verify the fluid level, no leaks, etc then drive the car as your normally would but avoid cruising at hwy speed and WOT for a couple of hundred of miles. City driving is good because the constant unlocking and locking helps the lockup clutch engagement.
