Default L92 swap

I need opinions suggestions anything! I have a 05 gmc sierra and plan to do a swap in the near future also need to swap the tranny. Im trying to get right around 700hp on pump gas. My options are between the LS3 (430hp stock) LS7 (505hp stock) and L92 (402hp stock). Im thinking more about the L92 mainly because it bolts directly into my truck and all i need to make it work with the computer is a wiring harness i can get from a friend at Futral Motorsports. No matter which engine I will be adding a supercharger. The LS7 will cost around 10-12k so probably won't end up getting that one. If i go with the L92 the charger I will be going with is the Paxton/Vortech from Big 3 Performance specs say it adds 145hp comes with high performance injectors and boost a pump. I will also be adding a cam intercooler new rods valves lifters etc. What else do I need to reach my 700hp goal what kind of cam should i get? tranny? do i need to change the rods valves and lifters?

There is very little difference between the L92 and LS3. I'm partial to the L92 because it's got VVT and there is potential for more gains when tuning.
