Electrical Problem Help c6ls2 Background: battery is operating at 60%. Driving down the rode for about 20 mins, I see smoke coming out from under the hood. Pop the hood and i see pouring smoke coming out of my alternator. I plan to replace both, any idea what could have cause this.
My car is heavily modified, but this is the first of this type of problem. Car has ls2 402 KB 2.6L. I still have belt slip problems i havent worked out yet. car put down 533whp and 7xx wtq down. I know i drive a diesel. Any ideas of what this could be. Thanks
