Stock Lq4 to 408 buildup

Stock Lq4 to 408 buildup I have a lq4 with 799 heads in my 79k10 was backed by a sm465 for a while then to a nv4500 well I had the offer to sell the engine trans combo and Im having some new ideas running through my head. Im wanting to buy an lq4 block and go toa 58x wheel 4.030x4.00 408 esp crank and top it off with l92 heads and put a 6l80e or 6l90e behind it. I have read some different stuff on the setup like people running two ecms. This being in a conversion truck it should be straight forward like the lq4 harness was correct?
This is my plan I have in mind:
Lq4 block with eagle bottom end
L92 heads from sdpc
Patrick G cam sped
6l80e trans
truck harness and ecm
Anybody seen this done or think I will have any problems the 6 speed setup is new to me as far as conversions
