We are going to weld my O2 sensor bungs into my reducers at the collectors of my headers, does anyone know if they need to be put in at any certain angle or position, degree, location? Any help or comments appreciated.

Put it as close to the exhaust manifold as poissible to heat it up as fast as possible. It's best to mount it on top pointed down to keep it dry.
