i bought a 2005 gto about 6 months ago. its by far the best car ive ever owned. i decided that i want more horse power, so i installed pacesetter headers, slp loudmouth exhaust, and got it tuned and dynoed. i had the rear 02s deleted after the install due to c.e.l, i know am throwing bannk 1 and 2 knock sensors, i have bought new sensors, new pig tail for knock sensor harness, and re routed it... i am still throwing the check engine light. my wires seem to be fine as in no rodents chewing them. when i cut the harness to replace the harness their was green corrosion. i cut back more and cleaned it with electrical cleanerand soldered it. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. im lost besides the fact that when the knock sensor wouls pop up if the timing was thrown, any more suggestions? im also trying to figure the a/c problem also blower, relay compressor work lines arent getting cold clutch on compressor is spinning i dont believe that is normal. it also sounds like it is kicking on when a/c is turned on. please help i am in a tight bind

 

I have been having problems with my knock sensors as well. Is it possible to delete them by cutting the wires, putting in 100k ohm resistors and running a wire from there to ground? Will that just cause more problems?
