High Compression, E & Meth, what spark plugs?
Car is close to being re-assembled and up until now, I have not given much thought as to what plugs I should attempt to run on the LS7. The compression is 13.2:1, will be using E85 as the fuel source and the Meth will be the aircharge intercooler.
Anyone with insight on this?
How many steps colder do I want/need to be?
historically, conventional plugs (NGK's anyway) are notorious for causing charging system errors because they require more power to light-off, so it requires more of the alternator to keep the coil packs charged up.
Thanks guys!
Jeff
