LM7 Intake Jigsaw Puzzle
Howdy Ya'll!
I've got an LM7 that came out of a 2009 Tahoe Police cruiser. I'm trying to identify one non-flexible lines coming off of the intake just behind the intake, one non-flexible line coming off the passenger-side cylinder head, and one uncapped line near the front of the passenger-side cylinder head. I don't have access to the rest of the vehicle that the engine came from, so I'm hoping someone here can help out with this. :-) Can anyone help me identify the lines from the three attached images and where I need to route them to?

I'm guessing that the pcv to intake piping goes on the intake between the throttle body and the MAF. Right?
I only have the radiator by itself and it has no fill cap. Does the small pipe normally go to the overflow reservoir?
Where should I run the EVAP line to?

The attached image shows a great shot of the clean pcv line running to the intake right in front of the throttle body. I'll be doing something just like this.
