Default 2009 6.0L wont crank

I have a 2009 6.0L out of a 2500 Chevy van. Its a Gen IV engine.

I had one programmer tell me the computer wouldnt respond but he removed the VATS so I could try to at least crank the engine, then I had another programmer program the computer to my cam specs. Still will not run.

It will turn over, spark plugs fire but the injectors will not fire. I have read several other threads that are similar. Right now the engine is installed in a rock crawler and its at a dyno shop but they cannot get it to fire the injectors either.

I think it could be a grounding issue but they said they checked that and the injectors will fire for 2 secs in test mode. Forgot the name for the test mode.

Motor info:
6.0L 2009 Truck engine
Camaro intake, fuel rails and injectors installed
Mast Motorsports SS Cam
Phaser kit installed
Harness was reworked by Jims Performance in Maryland.

I started this thread for ideas, I would love if someone has a troubleshooting manual, or wiring diagrams that show colors of wires, pins on computer etc so I can start tracing this out.

Ill update the post as I troubleshoot items and hopefully I can get enough feed back to get this fixed.

Thanks for your help and time it is greatly appreciated. God Bless you and America.

Well without the theft system hooked up it disables the fuel system. It sounds like the theft system should be gone through first

So had the computer looked at AGAIN today. All vats are off and its been set up. This is third programmer at a different shops to look at it and all of them said its set up to run so it cannot be the computer unless its bad.
Same issue as above. It turns over and have spark but no injector pulse.

You can pour gas in it and even use the throttle to rev it up but it will not pulse the injectors.

What is the next thing to look at.
