Compression ratio question???

What compression would have with a LQ9 with 243's heads? Would have problems with flat pistons and LS3 heads?, I had observed some LS3 pistons with valves relief?

Pretty much the same as a stock LS2.

Depends on the cam specs. Stay conservative with the cam specs and you should be fine.

Ls3's have flat top pistons, L99's have the -2cc valve reliefs due to VVT.

Here's a link to help out. I believe 243's are 64cc's
