Water pump bolt question.

Water pump bolt question. Ok this is possibly a dumb question, so bare with me.
I want to change my water pump bolts to ARP 12pt. I planned to just remove one bolt at a time and tq it to 11ft/lb which is the first pass bolt tq spec. Then after all are swapped over, do a second pass on all of them at 22ft/lb.
Any issues with this?
Would I be better off doing one at a time, and going right to 22ft/lb?

I'd go to 22 ft/lb right away. If you only go to 11 you will lower clamping force on the gaskets possibly compromising them. By the way, this sounds like something I would do. I ordered all new oem bolts rather than buy industrial bolts.

It kind of spiraled out of control..lol I started by buying some ARP intake manifold bolts for my Fast92 install, and then next thing I know I am finding bolts everywhere to change.
So nice though
