Hey guys,
New here and I hear this is the place to go for help. I am building a 59 apache truck and want to run a 5.3 motor in it. My buddy has two motors that he picked up on trade and he doesn't know the details with them. I need help identifying them to determine the route I want to go with which motor. Heres what I gathered from the motors.

Complete motor with harness/ no computer:
This was on the block 0127409006433680
heads 862
back of block 12567393
front block j051
coil L31J26/2019

2nd motor/ this is missing intake, no wiring, it was hit in front. a/c bracket broke, water pump pulley damaged. and theres a bolt broke off near oil dip stick on side of block, looks like 1/2 bolt (what is this? other block doesn't have it)
He says its a GEN IV 1297

The coil pack is different from the other motor.

Can anyone help me identify these? I want to buy both because im getting a damn good deal, just want to make sure what I am getting. thanks.

I believe The 243 heads are from an LS2. Not really sure about the rest of the stuff. Perhaps contact a GM dealer and see what they say?
