L92 valve size. Confusion

L92 valve size. Confusion I had it down in my head that the intake valve was 2.165 and the exhaust was 1.59.
On a lot of websites I see 2.160 and 1.60 being sold as ls3 valves. I just bought a set of bare ls3 heads to build and I want to get this right. I thought why by used heads if I'm gonna have to upgrade the springs retainers etc. anyways.
What would be @ risk running an intake valve that's 005 smaller than the valve seat and and exhaust that's 01 bigger than the exhaust seat?
And while I'm @ it can anyone clear up what no v/j means?
