OEM GM exhaust gaskets work great, cant go wrong with them. They are a multi layered steel gasket.

The GM steel gaskets are what I use along with stage 8 locking header bolts. No problems with exhaust leaks at the headers

I run the stock GM MLS gasket and love it. AND they were used when I put them on and they sealed right up. Work great. Eric L

I have the stage 8 bolts, getting rid of them though. Going to go with the ARP studs. Those locking clips are a pita to work with and I haven't found a place where I can order replacements.

Unless you're running 2" primaries there's no need to open up the gaskets anymore. The stock GM MLS gaskets are just a hair bigger than 1-7/8" on the primary openings.

As above.

I just took off Felpro gaskets after a year because it blew out. Went back to stock GM MLS gaskets. That sucked.

I use a lock washer called NordLoks on all my headers, they work great and have never came loose.
