injector question

injector question went to a meet
and i think someone tried to sabotage my car... my tuner noticed the very first injector plug on the passenger side(if youre standing in front of the car its the one on the left closest to the pulleys) was not pushed all the way down and clipped in... that being said its possible it still was working but we dont really know....
my question(s)
at this said meet i beat the car to show it off (obvi) and that weekend (so like 2 or 3 days light wot pulls no longer than 4-10 seconds) i also run meth (100% Methyl Hydrate) so im wondering... do yall think i did any damage to my motor? would i have noticed one cylinder not working? would i be able to feel the diff between 8 and 7 cylinders working?
still feels fast to me but i dunno its hard to tell... i hope i didnt hurt it
