Default Low Vs. high impedance injectors

When you use one of them? Which one for a Camaro?

Assembling a low comp. 408. Planning to use in a daily driven twin turbo 54 show chevy truck. What if uses a flat top pistons (not low comp) in a non turbo car?
How to identify if some injectors that I have are low or high impedance; just by the part number?

Peak & hold (low imp) will prolly fry a stock ECM due to their excessive current draw. They are, however, the better of the two especially in high RPM situations where response time is crucial. Best way to tell is to ohm-check the coils, highs are 12 - 16 ohms while lows are 2 - 3 ohms.
