Worth it?

First motor here, so I am hoping to get some feedback

6.0 370 ci
stock crank
k1 billet rods
wiseco k444x3 pistons
arp main studs
arp 2000 rod bolts

He said he'll take 2,900 and is including an engine stand for me.

It sounds worth it imo but is it new or used and if used how many miles and has it been raced or seen any abuse...just my $.02

Forgot to add that in. It's a fresh build no miles on it.

Yeah I'd say its worth it...nice looking motor and the price isn't very high for a brand new motor +engine stand
