2000 firebird no start no power

2000 firebird no start no power I have a 2000 firebird ls1 243 heads 6 speed. I put a push button it to try and fix my vats not reading my key by running it to the starter relay. My car was running fine after that untill the other day I went to start it every thing turned on when I turned the key to the on positions and when I pushed the button nothing happened so I turned the key all the way off, when I turn the key back to the on position I had no power to the gages and still wouldn't crank my head light and hazards still work but no windows or power to gages i pulled the key cylinder but it looks like its working fine it still turns and moves the other mechanisms inside the column anyone have any ideas? I've checked all the fuses

Have you made sure your battery is fully charged and all of your grounds(not just from battery but from engine to body/frame) are good?
Do you get anything out of the OBD port when connecting a scanner?
