Default firecore wire.

Car has trickflow heads and Kooks stepped headers. Ordered a set of the Firecore wires but a couple of them are against the header. I'm worried I'm going to burn through a set of wires, anyone else have this issue?

Insultherm boots would add some protection.

I've tried those. They don't really help when the boot is touching the header.

Just wanted to say I sent the pics to Firecore and they have come up with a solution. Really appreciate their customer service.

I had the same issue. Turns out the boots are bendable though pretty stiff so its not real obvious at first glance. Once you bend them they come away from the header.

I bought the standard LS1 set as listed on their website and fit perfect (Trickflows/ stock coils/ ARH 2" primaries)

I had the same problem, ended up shortening the wire so it wouldn't push the boot

So I gave a couple of them a bend and trimmed off some of the boot that is used to pull with and it gave me clearance, also ordered some titanium insulating sleeves.

I had that issue.... kooks 1 7/8 headers and firecore wires. It almost burned my boot completely but lucky for me I caught it (closest one up front on the driver side) so I took me that wire off and swap it around and got it away of that make any sense.
