RHS front cover

RHS front cover Who makes a front cam cover for the RHS blocks other than RHS? The cam sensor needs to be higher due to a raised cam location.
Also, who makes a good chain drive for these? I hear that comp cams' gear drive is weak and the standard chain drive is weak as well.
this engine will be street driven so reliability is a must.

If it's going into a GTO, than it can't be a tall deck because it will not fit under the hood. Comp is the only timing chain supplier that I know of (2 links longer) for RHS. Better call Comp on the phone or an engine builder that knows a lot about RHS blocks, but I'm sure it came with the proper F/R covers from RHS. Sounds like a great build though.

yes, it's a standard deck block. Just the timing chain cover needs to have a relocated cam sensor mount.
I'm taking my time on this engine. Getting ready to order a Winberg crank for it hopefully this week.
