Alternator question

Alternator question After doing a lot of searching I guess Im still looking for confirmation. Im working on a crate ls3 swap using the GM controller kit that has the single wire 4 pin connector. My issue is that I have a CBM billet bracket that utilizes the F body alternator, so I'm not sure if it will wire in to my harness correctly.
I truly appreciate any help and I know alternator questions are as old as time itself, but will an F body unit work for me?

If I am understanding what you are saying, I contacted Powermaster a few days ago about this same issue and they gave me part number: 48206
This fits both a 1 wire and the 4 wire connector and is 95/165 amp.
