Arp bolts
Arp bolts As you know they are very pricey compared to regular bolts.
My questions are.
1. What are the advantages of getting it for the starter bolts, timing cover bolts, im bolts..longevity?
2. Are arp head,block bolts necessary for daily drive?

Arp bolts and studs are stronger than other fasteners. They are used on high stress areas of the engine simply because they are stronger, reusable (non TTY) and corrosion resistant.
Timing cover bolts would be more of an appearance. Head bolts would be wise because they are reusable. So if the engine is being machined, hopefully torque plate honed, or taken apart any time in the future you won't need to replace the factory torque to yield bolts. Stock engines do not necessarily need the extra clamping force.
