Ls3 Intake Restricting L92 head flow by 40 cfm I recently purchased a set of 68 cc ported L92 West Coast Cylinder heads. They
Flow 357cfm @ .660 lift.. I also have a ported ls3 intake.. My head guy did a flow test with the intake bolted up and the flow numbers were down 40 cfm.. This is mainly because the intake ports on the heads were opened up and once the intake is bolted it causes restrictions because the intake ports are not ported enough.. How much of the intake ports can be opened up before it affects the ruber gasket?
