5.3 swap rough idle

Hey guys new here did a 5.3 swap on a 98 c1500. Fires up and runs smooth for about 2 min the starts getting real choppy. Change the injectors,fuel regulator,coil packs, intake gaskets, head gaskets, maf, o2 sensors, pcv, and still does it. Please help

Have you had the 5.3 tuned accordingly to your swap ?

When I had the harness built they made me a fused harness. He also flashed the computer and put what he called a 87 tune on it. Other then that nothing else

Strange deal.... have you replaced the throttle position sensor? Is the throttle body nice and clean?

Ya I cleaned it and checked it check out good. I have a question. Having trouble with my swap. Truck fires up good but then starts to idle rough and it's throwing a misfire code. P0300 witch is a random misfire changed all the injectors checked for spark good spark. Did a noid light test on the injector wires and its pulsing but very very weak can this be a problem with the ECM? Maybe a bad tune? It starts happening when it warms up. Thanks
