Throttle Body Whistles?

I installed FAST 102 LSXR intake and FAST 102 throttle body on my LS3. When I accelerate there is a whistle sound coming from the throttle body area. I check all the vacuum lines and everything seems to be in order.

Has anyone experienced this?

Not familiar with the sound of a FAST intake, but a whistle is typically a sign of a crack, hole, or non-tight part (eg, a leak). How is your A/F ratio? That could help to narrow it to pre/post MAF sensor.

Yup, had it with a holley 90mm in 2006, ptm 102 and a fast 102. Never really figured out where in the tb it was coming from.

Maybe the angle the fresh air port is drilled at and the high velocity of the air at tip in. Maybe a whistling effect.
