Fast intake: LS1/ LS2 or LS3 ?

Fast intake: LS1/ LS2 or LS3 ? Finishing up on my new build & when it came a time to mount the new intake we noticed that when looking directly down the injector hole .... I can see the aluminum deck of my heads. At least 1/4" of the deck is encroaching the space under the injector. It looks like it will actually partially block the spray.
While this intake is brand new ( it has been sitting for over a year out of the box). My receipts & packing slip show that I purchased the correct part number for LS1/Ls2 cathedral heads .... I'm wondering if the wrong part was in the box.
If someone can tell the difference from the pics attached Id appreciate it.
Note: I was just reminded that a few years ago we milled my heads. Could that cause the offset that I am seeing.
Either way: please take a look & tell me if this Fast LSXr 102 is for cathedral (LS1) style or not.
