Where to get custom fuel lines made from?

I need new fuel lines to support 1000 rwhp. Who would I talk to about that?

Car is a 93 Z28. Motor is a twin turbo LQ9.

I would start by asking a local auto parts store who makes hoses around the area, we have
Stuart hose, they do hydraulic, plumbing, auto.
Just an example. That should get you somewhere.

Yeah we have a shop that does hydraulic fittings but I thought it would be easier to get a ready-made set that is the correct length to install.

The Right Stuff will make a line for you. I took a wire that I bought from Lowes, bent it to how I wanted it and sent it to their custom shop. They made a line with the fittings I wanted.
