Default 2005 Corvette

I have a 2005 Corvette with 20k miles on it and would like to bump up the HP. This is what I would like to have installed:
Cold Air Induction Kit (Probably Halltech)
Kooks 1 7/8” Long tube Headers
Custom Dyno Tuning
I hear that will boost 30-40HP
Is there a shop in the Houston area that can do this that is respectable?

I called Pat G., but he is not doing the mechanical additions right now, just the tune.
