Default 2007 escalade 6.2 liter cam swap

Has anyone swapped out the factory VVT Cam for a slightly more aggressive non VVT cam? If so when it came time for tuning what all was needed to be changed? I'm using Hp tuners

Why not keep VVT? They make some awesome VVT cams.

I have taken vehicle to dealership numerous times ad they could never fix the service stabilatrack and Traction control MILS. So after changing everything I could think of besides the cam to fix it. I decided to change the cam and delete the vvt. This is also what comp cams recommend

VVT won't have a single thing to do with your problem.

If you have working VVT, its just a bad idea to get rid of it. A good VVT cam will outperform the same cam without VVT.
