Default E38 Standalone diy?

Been searching for a good diy. Haven't been able to find much on this computer. I have the pinouts printed. Can I just follow a diy from the older red/blue ecm?

(This is for a an 07 5.3 with afm and 4l60e)

i found the schematics online and hooked the original wiring and cut out everything else that i did not need. Theres only few wires that are needed from the car, crank wire to starter, ignition +, battery +, few earth wires from original harness and also obd2 plug is good to have for diagnostics. I also left fan wires because i used the original fans also and the original fusebox from the donor car. Fuel pump signal wire also good to have from ecu.

i used this site for wiring

Yup that's where I got my pinouts from too. Started on the harness today feeling good about it now that we dug into it. Everything has be cut and pulled out. Ordered a fuse block and relays hopefully get them in a few days. Only thing I am stumped on is the electronic throttle and wires. It didn't come with the setup so I am going to need to get a connector and figure out where the wires go. I email brenden at lt1swap so hopefully in a few days I'll hear back

I believe the one I am running with my E38 ECM is from a C6 corvette. I am running the 2011 Corvette program in my car which is a 1965 Buick Skylark. No problems at all.

Edit: I see you have a 2007 motor and I assume the ECM is the same year. If so I would order a throttle pedal from a 2007 model to be on the safe side. The E38 ECM changes a little over the years.

yeah everything is from same truck and I was going to order a peddel from same truck. What I don't understand is how to wire up that portion. I think it's 6 more wires to a plug. I just haven't seen a diagram as to what wires they are.

Do I need to keep the negative battery sensor? I have those wires that run to the x109 and they don't come from or tie into ecm
(I think I found my answer. That ties into the bcm. I am just going to delete those wires and if it dosnt charge sounds like I can get an earlier alternator)
