Default ls2 to ls7 maf conversion

how do you remove the pins on a ls7 maf connector in order to do a conversion from ls2? can't find it on youtube.

TAZ , Maybe this will help you . When I remove the pins I remove the purple part inside the connector . It does pop out . Then push the tab and remove the pin .

I did that but I can't seem to release the pins. Which slot has the release tab? from the front side or back side?

Glad I could help . Those connectors can be a pain . Now get that thing plugged in and go leave some marks on the road .
