Proper method to clean inside oem intakes

Proper method to clean inside oem intakes I need to ship my ported LS3 intake for flow tests. I want to ensure the plenum and runners are absolutely clean before doing so. Since it will be off the motor, what are rhe best products/methods for this process?

This was ported & installed in 2014. I haven't removed the intake yet as I'm waiting for a core to arrive. So far I've seen some people say to use top end cleaner, brake cleaner, or Simple Green mixture in a tub.
