ive read and re-read the forums, been to the parts store, bought and returned hoses, bent tubing and still can't get these radiator hoses to line up without kinking.
Im running a truck pump and a SBC configured radiator.... the spaces are really tight, and I need some hoses with really tight bends at either end. Any other suggestions, or is my best bet to continue hunting in the parts store hose aisle? I know this topic is beat to death, any new ideas? And maybe I'm just venting.
See if you can make nice with the autoparts store guy/gals and go behind the counter to look at the pre-bent hoses for all cars. You might find something that will work. You could even splice a couple together if you have to (or shorten one). If all else fails, there are those bendy ones that look like flexible conduit.

Iv seen radiator hoses with springs inside them, had one on a 70 mustang. I never thought about why it was there but maybe that would help make a tighter turn without kinking
I ended up using two hoses that had the right bends at the radiator 1.5" and the water pump 1.25"
i cut and bent a piece of aluminum tubing, rig welded to fit and got it right. Long process, but it looks good and fits right. Still need to detail the tubing, but it works.
