LS7 cold start problem

LS7 cold start problem 1955 belair LS7 4L80 When car sits and engine is cold when it starts it struggles to run while I feather throttle. Pretty sure it is from lack of fuel. When it is warm it starts and runs fine. Fuel pressure is 58lb. Computer was flashed by Speed Inc. New walbro intank GSS-340 fuel pump,new corvette filter regulator, new O2 sensors. Aeromotive fuel rails with feed to both with loop on opposite end.
