Where to get complete bolt kit for LS3? As in title, I would like to bay complete bolt kit for my short block project. Is there oem bolt kit available or do I need to bay it bolt by bolt from gm dealer?

Have you considered ARP hardware? They have bolt kits grouped per application.
I THINK GM sells head bolts in the qty. needed per engine or head, but not sure.
You might try calling WS6store, a vendor/sponsor here, and they will know how to handle your issue.

GM had a complete top end kit for the LS1 a while back, but that is gone now. Don't think the Gen IV ever got a similar kit released. Check out Earl's new head bolts. They looked to be good quality and were a little cheaper than the ARP bolt kit. Either one saves money in the long run since they can be used again.
