Default No room for oil cooler adaptor with headers??

I've got a 2004 Z06 that I put an LS3 based 416 in that also has an oil cooler. The current engine builder has insisted we increase the diameter of the lines to the cooler to -10 which has not left us room for the oil temp sender at the adaptor.
I'm sure there are others who have experienced this, so asking what did you do to solve it?
We have currently put the sender on the cold side of the cooler and temps read 50-60 degrees cooler then actual temps, which do me no good.

As,a side note and issue #2, after 2 GM sending units I'm still seeing oil pressure on a mechanical gauge show 7-8 lbs different the the factory readout at dash and curious how to solve that short of new factory gauges?

And finally, issue #3-oil pressure. New engine with around 600 miles on it when warmed up good, will show about 37 psi of oil pressure at wot. Engine builder says it's fine as he clearances everything a little more for better flow. I'm thinking it's at least 10lbs low, and this is after just putting a high pressure melling pump on it this week.

Ideas???

The sender isnt actually doing anything important, you can plug it wherever you want. Improved racing makes sender tees that you put in line wherever you want.

This is our setup on the race car. Two outs to the oil cooler and one sandwich adapter for the accusump, all -10. We get oil pressure from where the factory sender does, with an aftermarket mechanical gauge.

Issue # 1: Which oil cooler adapter are you using?

Issue # 2: If the gauges are in the same exact location, then one of the gauges isn't reading accurately, of course. If they are in different locations, it's normal for pressure to read differently. The pressure will be lower the further along you move along the oil path.

Issue # 3: What RPM is that pressure at? What's the hot idle and cold idle pressure?

I swapped my oil level for the new stock one that does level and oil temp. I mapped it out with a crock pot that I started full of ice water and slowly warmed it up.

Notice now Z06, were they dry sump in 2004?
