Ground issue?

Ground issue? I am chasing a ground/electrical issue on my 2010 Camaro and came across these two ground bolts. 1 Went to the passenger side head in the front and the other went to block on the drivers side behind the alternator. Does the way it look indicate any issue or is this normal?

I would be more worried about what the underside of the bolt heads look like. Just make sure they are clean of anything like rust, crud, oil, etc. Then look at the connectors that the bolts held down, and make sure they are very clean. You might want to check ALL grounds, as they are all vital in keeping things running right.
