Default LS2 58x or 24x? Having trouble figuring it out

Been away from the LS scene for a while but am getting back into it, heres a little issue im running into. I bought a 2007 TrailBlazer SS from a guy who messed up a thread in the block and didnt want to mess with it, No big deal since engines is what I do for a living. I decided to just go ahead and throw forged pistons and rods in it while I have the engine out to fix the stripped head bolt hole. The issue im running into is that I was surprised when I noticed during strip down that the cam gear was a 1x reluctor (I thought all LS2's after 2006 were 4x). I didnt think much of it until I pulled the crank and it appeared to be a single piece which I thought was a 58x. To my knowledge a 58x crank should only go with a 4x Cam, The previous owner did mention that he did a cam swap on it while it was apart (before he messed up the block) So im wondering if he possible put the wrong cam gear back on? Any way to get to the bottom of this? Im considering putting power to the vehicle long enough to retrieve the factory file and identify if its an E47 or E60 PCM.

like stated the crank sensor will tell u everything, as well as the crank reluctor wheel.

If it is a 24x it will have a black crank sensor.
58x will be a grey crank sensor.

24x reluctor wheel will look like a gear with missing notches in it.
58x wheel will look like a complete rear bicycle gear. perfect gear without notches.

Default GM 58x (60-2) with Cam Phase = 1x

Hi, I use the 1x (1/2 moon) Cam Target with GM LS engines BOTH 24xe AND 58x with PREFECT success when the engine is also fitted with my ECU-882 OR ALL other EMS. (non GM OEM)

The "high" signal must go low before TDC, NOT AFTER TDC.
This effect "calls" the #1 cylinder Intake Ready.

You are not sure which PCM is fitted, your ECU could have the same object in calibration ?

The Cam Target 4X can operate the engine with NO CS output. (limp mode)
