Default swap LQ4 to a L96

So I have found a lot of info about the engine swap I'm about to do. Thank GOD for GM Support !! I have talked to Ron and Kurt very knowledgeable guys ! they got me headed in the right direction . Oh before I forget the number to GM support is 866-453-4123 when the automated voice comes on just hit 999999 that will get you through to tech support. one of the problems I for seen was my LQ4 has a return fuel line from the fuel rail , the L96 intake doesn't have this. Kurt suggested I use a stock fuel filter off of a 2003 corvette, it has a two outlets for fuel . One goes to the fuel rail and the other goes back to the tank. just have to get a line made up for the return. Next, 90mm TB with cable to put on the L96 intake, that will take care of the drive by wire thing. Next will need the lingenfelter 58x to 24x converter box along with the knock sensor harness. That takes care of the crank, cam , and knock sensors. will need injectors adaptors to hook up to the 48# injectors on the L96. I'm also going to put a good set of headers . Any suggestion ? I know that I want long tube headers just don't know what brand . While I have the truck apart I will put electric radiator fans on it. I picked up a set of electric fans off of a 2007 with wiring harness . I hope I haven't mist anything other than a tune. If yall seen anything that I have mist just give me a shout. Thanks

Ws6store sells a corvette filter setup for converting from return style to returnless.

They are a sponsor here too.

There's several headers that are good ranging from about $300 to $1000 or higher.

Pacesetter, Speed engineering, Texas Speed, Kooks, ARH

They're all good headers too.

ok, I have vet fuel filter picked out, still need to look into how im going to do the fuel line . Im going to get the headers from Texas speed. Now I need to know where to get injector wire adaptors, I found some on amazon but im not sure if they are the right ones. Now that I am going to replace the drive by wire TB. (87mm) with a cable pull, all that I have found is 90mm and 92mm TB. Will it be an issue if I used a bigger TB ? Im thinking it would just breathe better, but im used to carbs not injection. Any all help will be appreciated. thanks

Like I said WS6store has a vette filter SETUP for that. It's a kit. Contact them so you don't have to search all over trying to get the right pieces to the puzzle.

The throttle body needs to match the inlet size of the intake, or you'll have a big ridge behind the throttle body where the opening is smaller on the intake. Be pointless running a larger throttle body because the intake opening is only so big.

Ok, I have everything for the swap, except the cam an vvt delete kit. Does anyone know how big of a cam I can put in with the stock 823 heads ? I'm getting different answers from different places. I really don't want to replace the stock springs.
Thanks.

Just about ANY cam over stock will require new springs. Most stock springs can't do anything more than .500 lift. Most aftermarket cams are over .525.

Replacing the stock springs is one of the easiest and cheapest parts of this whole thing, why are you against changing them?

I'm getting quotes for $300+ for springs, and I'm worried about the lift over 550. I had a sales person tell me that he has over 20k on his high lift cam in his 2500 truck but that is a sales person talking . Just don't know what to do. I want something reliable cause it's a daily driver and a tow rig. But from what I have found is going to be $900+ before I get the vvt delete stuff.

Don't just talk to salesmen. Read some catalogs. See for yourself what the prices are.
