Default Ls2 valley cover

I know this may be a stupid question. I've tried searching this didnt really see any information and even looked in the owner's manual. I have a 2006 gto. How often if at all should the valley cover with integrated pcv system be changed? Is it possibly not really designed to be changed or serviced at a particular mileage?

I have over 90,000 on my 06 LS2 I'm doing heads Soooo as long as I'm there.. the old gasket felt like new to tell you the truth, but for $28.00 why not? the cover has 8 O-rings on the under side which are very important to oil pressure from what I'm told. I accidently bought 2 and can't return it, it's for sale for $25.00 shipped

It just has a baffle, nothing to clean.
