Default New Engine for New Owner

I had built an LS7 by Late Model Engines of Houston for a project car. Link if interested:https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/ltx-...ld-thread.html. I have been out of the racing/hot rodding game for some time. I'm not well versed in the modern computer tuning or what works well with this particular setup. I understand how most systems work but only on a general basis. I'm using the Holley Dominator Computer for my build. I have already gotten the power, trans,and engine harness for this setup as Holley makes them ready to go. What I need advice on is which MAP, IAC, and TPS sensors to use. Since this is a swap build and I'm am replacing all wiring with new harnesses, I don't have a baseline application of parts to choose from. So if you guys could offer some suggestions as to what particular parts to use I would appreciate it. Engine specs:

Any spec on the cam? Nice build saw dyno run on the other link good numbers. At some point you might want to get the MSD ported by Tony Mamo probably good for another 15/15 hp/tq.
