98 Trans Am LS1--(Volant cold air intake, Borla S-Type cat back exhaust)

So the issue is when i get heavy on the accelerator pedal the car wants to go flat of power for a bit before waking up and going good. I've replaced the MAF Sensor and 1 o2 sensor that were brought up on the code scanner and the issue still exists. Any help/ideas would be appreciated

 

Check the throttle body cable and make sure it's opening up all the way.
