LS3 balancer on 5.3 (washer)

LS3 balancer on 5.3 (washer) Hey guys,
So I planned on using my f body balancer, but bought a ICB alternator and P/S pump kit. It says to use a truck or 2010+ Camaro balancer. I bought a new GM Part No 12675620 balancer, and will have my crank balanced pre build. I assume its safe to say yes to using the GM 12600525 balancer seal/washer?
Also, based on pics; can anyone explain the difference between GM balancer 12674582 and 12675620? I only a price difference
